En 2013, lamayoría de losmigrantes centroamericanos
devueltospor EEUU fuerondenacionalidadguatemalteca
(48.2%), mientras que los devueltos por las autoridades
mexicanas fueron de Honduras (41.0%). Los migrantes
devueltos por las autoridades mexicanas cuyo destino
era EEUUen sumayoríaprocedíandeHonduras (51.8%);
mientras aquellos cuyo destino era México procedían
principalmente deGuatemala (85.3%).
In2013, most Central Americanmigrants returned by the
U.S. authorities were of Guatemalan nationality (48.2%),
whereas the most numerous group sent back by the
Mexican authorities was from Honduras (41.0%). The
migrants sent back by theMexican authorities who were
heading for theU.S. weremostly fromHonduras (51.8%);
on the other hand, those heading forMexico came largely
fromGuatemala (85.3%).
