Migración irregular
Movimiento de personas que se desplazan al margen de las nor-
mas de los Estados de salida, de tránsito o receptor. Desde el
punto de vista de los países de salida, la irregularidad se observa
cuando laspersonasatraviesanuna frontera internacional sindo-
cumentos de viaje o pasaporte válido o no cumplen con los re-

ordende retirobajo lamodalidadde “criminales” y “no criminales”.

Migrante retornadodeEEUU
Son las salidas confirmadas de extranjeros inadmisibles o depor-
tables fuera de los Estados Unidos que no se basan en una orden
de retiro. La mayor parte de los retornados son de nacionalidad
mexicana que han sido aprehendidos por la patrulla fronteriza de
