Extranjero indocumentado
Persona que entra o permanece en un país diferente al de naci-
miento, sin la documentación requerida. Ello incluye, entre otros,
a quien ingresa sin documentos, con documentos falsos o a quien
después de haber ingresado con documentación legal permanece

Es lapersonasinciudadaníadeEEUUquepuede ingresaraesepaís
como nomigrante, es decir de forma temporal, manteniendo los
siguientes criterios: una residenciaenotropaís, unpasaporte váli-
do, que realizauna visitay saldráal final de laestanciaautorizada
y no ha cometido algún delito o pone en riesgo la seguridad de la

personas que conforman el flujopueden cruzar los límites político

Admissiblealien
It is a non-U.S. citizen who can enter the country as migrants,
i.e. temporarily, keeping the followingcriteria: hasa residence in
another country, a valid passport, enter and leave the country
in the authorized period and has not committed any crime or
