A lo largo de casi dos décadas, el número de extranje-
ros retornados por autoridades en EEUU tiene una ten-
dencia a la baja. En el caso particular de losmexicanos,
entre1995y2013, laparticipaciónenel total de retor-
nados disminuyo casi a la mitad, al pasar de 97.3% a
49.4%, respectivamente.
